MANSFIELD, MA — The driver who crashed into a building over Labor Day weekend will face charges. A 33-year-old from Mansfield was issued a summons for leaving the scene of property damage, according to the Mansfield Police Log. At about 5:23 p.m. on Sept. 2, police and firefighters responded to a report of a vehicle that went through one of the rooms at the Holiday Inn on Hampshire Street. While the driver returned to the scene, he didn't do so in the vehicle he was driving in.
