We have a new to us 1-year-old Springer Spaniel mix. He is sweet and beautiful. I am looking for someone to come to the house twice a day most days this summer to walk him and provide some play time for him.

Required Skills/Knowledge

-       A Bachelor's degree with minimum of 5 years of Business Systems Analyst / Systems Engineer / Requirements Analyst experience. (An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement)

-       Must have experience in requirements analysis for the decomposition and derivation of system technical requirements from business needs/requirements

-       Excellent communication and organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to develop customer rapport

-       Must have excellent client relationship skills and good project management skills

-       Must be detail-oriented

-       Must have experience with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities and tasks

-       Experience with requirements process modeling

-       Experience in system and project management tools such as MS-Project

-       Experience working in an Agile software development environment a plus

-       Experience in Financial processes (accounting, tax, corporate treasury) a plus
