Letter To The Editor: Re-Elect Selectman Neil Rhein

I am writing to encourage the residents of Mansfield to re-elect Neil Rhein for Selectman on Tuesday, May 8. During his campaign last November, I wrote a letter focusing on Neil’s strong work ethic and his ability to get things done. I highlighted the two successful organizations he founded, Keep Mansfield Beautiful and Keep Massachusetts Beautiful, as examples of his hard work and dedication to our community. This time around, I would like to stress how Neil has already proven to be an effective Selectman.

Neil has lived in Mansfield for 23 years and has raised his family here. He has watched the town grow and understands the challenges we face. As a Selectman, Neil has demonstrated the ability to make critical decisions that affect the future of our town. He listens to all sides of an issue, obtains all the necessary information, and then makes a well-informed decision.

Neil recognizes the importance of living in a vibrant town. He knows you need to provide excellent schools and town services in order for the town to stay competitive, but at the same time, he knows the town needs to stay affordable in order to remain attractive to the elderly, young families, and growing businesses.

Neil is committed to our town and always will be. He can frequently be seen at community events, where he enjoys talking with residents and sharing ideas on how to improve the town and bring the community together.

I believe Neil has the experience, skills, and temperament to move Mansfield forward. I encourage Mansfield residents to vote for Neil Rhein on May 8.
