Mansfield Fire and EMS Log: Crashes, Illegal Burns and a Car Fire

The Mansfield Fire Department and Emergency Medical  Services responded to a total of 69 calls last week.

April 23

8:16 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of East Street  and Franklin Street. Minor injuries were reported and one victim refused transport to a hospital.

11:11 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a mutual aid call from Foxborough concerning a motor vehicle accident on Route 495 South of the Route 95 exit.

6:45 p.m. Mansfield EMS responded to a mutual aid call on Roberts Drive in Easton for a motor vehicle collision. CPR was administered and one victim was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital.

April 24

5:07 p.m. Caller reported a red Ford Taurus on fire in the parking lot of CVS.

April 27

12:15 a.m. Caller reported a two-vehicle collision on School Street wit airbag deployment. Both patients refused transport to a local hospital with apparently minor injuries.

4:17 p.m. Caller reported a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of East Street and Franklin Street.

4:48 p.m. Caller reported a possible mulch fire. Fire was extinguished.
