Mansfield Food Pantry Needs You at the Community Garden

The Food Pantry now has 2 plots at the Mansfield Cooperative Garden! Volunteers are needed to help with weeding, planting, and general maintenance.

Orientation sessions will be held at the garden to show volunteers where the plots are, how to get into the garden, how to water, and to get acquainted with the Mansfield Cooperative Garden in general. As well, there will be an overview of weeding and planting green beans, cucumber, and other seeds. These sessions are for new and returning garden volunteers.

Orientations will be held Friday, May 24th at 10:00am or Saturday May 25th at 10:00am. Plan on
spending about an hour at the garden on these dates for orientation and weeding. More dates will be scheduled as needed.
