Mansfield Man Facing Child Porn Charges Indicted
The indictment moves the case against Marc Reposa from Attleboro District Court to the Bristol County Superior Court in Fall River.
MANSFIELD, MA — A Mansfield man has been indicted by a Bristol Country grand jury on child porn charges.
Marc F. Reposa, 50, faces charges of child pornography possession, posing a child in a sexual act, sending obscene matter to a minor and unnatural acts with a child, according to court records reviewed by the Sun Chronicle.
The indictment moves the case from Attleboro District Court to the higher court in Fall River.

The investigation began after notification about Reposa from Nashua Police. Police seized Reposa's phone and laptop and learned that the Mansfield man allegedly bought gifts for the girl and other children. Nashua Police say the gifts include a teddy bear.
Reposa allegedly admitted to spending $20,000 for the children he communicated with and is now in debt.
