The reporting party handed over his license and called the police after the male party left. Massachusetts State Police responded to the claim, and said that the trooper was following another party suspected of operation of a vehicle while intoxicated when the reporting party passed the trooper (while the trooper was traveling at 105 miles per hour and clocked the reporting party at 128 miles per hour). The trooper said that he stopped the motorcycle by getting in front of the vehicle. State police said that the trooper gave the cyclist ten seconds to give him his license so the license could be suspended.
