Mansfield Police Log: Bike Path Attack, Fraud and A&B

The following is from the Mansfield Police Log April 27-29.

April 27

8:41 a.m. Caller reported that four tires, two each on two separate vehicles, were slashed while both vehicles were parked on Matthew Street.

3:04 p.m. Caller reported possible fraudulent charges on his credit card.

April 28

1:31 a.m. Joseph Arsenault, 25, of 6 Kevin’s Way in Easton was arrested for driving with a suspended license for operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

10:20 p.m. Robert M. Triggs, 62, of 48 Stearns Ave. was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

11:28 p.m. James Triggs, 34, and Robert S. Triggs, 28, both of 48 Stearns Ave. were arrested for domestic assault and battery.

10:02 a.m. Reporting party came into the station and stated a past assault that occurred at the Mansfield High School on Friday. Charges on the as yet unnamed assailant include felony assault and batter.

7:25 p.m. Caller reported he was attacked on the bike path by a male party near East Street. Suspect was described as 5’6” -5’7”, clean cut, muscular build with dark hair and a cut shirt.

7:46 p.m. Kelly Johnson, 21, of 9 Leonard Way in Foxborough was arrested for possession of three class E substances (Acyclovir, Gabapentin, Ondransetron) and possession of an open container of alcohol while in a a motor vehicle.

April 29

1:46 a.m. Michael Frenkel, 26, of 23 Church St. was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
