5 Beaches Are Closed for Unsafe Conditions
Board of Health found five beaches are unsafe to bath in.
The Board of Health announced Thursday afternoon it has closed and posted the following beaches because they have failed to meet the minimum standards for bathing beaches:
- Gas House Beach
- Grace Oliver Beach
- Stramski Beach
- Sunset Rd. – Pier
- Village Street
All other Marblehead Beaches have been tested and are open as of this date.
The beaches will be tested again on Friday to determine if they can re-open.
