1. Love swimming? Learn how to prevent common injuries tonight at 7 p.m. at the YMCA. is geared towards swimmers of all ages, athletes, parents and coaches. The program will focus on understanding and preventing common injuries of the rotator cuff, knee and hip. It will also focus on performance enhancement through a strength and flexibility program. The event is free and open to all.
2. Eat out for a good cause. Tonight continue at 5 p.m. A portion of all proceeds collected from meals tonight will go to Hospice of the North Shore.
