Missing iPhone saga, phone scam victory, and more from the Marblehead Police log.

- Police responded to a report of a stowaway in the backseat of a car last Saturday morning. The driver reportedly drove home from Starbucks, and found there was a man in the backseat of the car. Officers spokes to the man and showed him to a bus stop.
- Someone lost a green kayak in the storm last Sunday around 7 a.m. in the area of Kenneth Road.
- Officers took a report of a lost Jitterbug red flip phone at the baseball fields on West Shore Drive on Monday around noon.
- Someone called police to report strange activity around an Atlantic Avenue residence on Monday before midnight. The caller said a neighbor saw a strange man lurking around the home, and also found that the dog had a piece of yarn from the house wrapped around the collar.
- Police responded to a report of a missing iPhone on Tuesday around 1 p.m. The caller said he tracked the phone to an Atlantic Avenue address, and messaged his phone to ask the holder to call his girlfriend. The person in possession of the phone called the owner and said he bought the phone and wanted compensation. An officer showed up at the person's home, and got the phone back.
- The would-be victim of a phone scam told the scammers to "get lost" on Tuesday around 5 p.m.
- Someone called police to say there was a drove flying around the beach on Atlantic Avenue, and wasn't sure if the pilot was using it to look into people's houses on Tuesday around 5 p.m.
- Someone discovered a lamp post on Washington Street was loose after a La La Land movie moment on Wednesday around 11 p.m.
