Dog Wash To Benefit Shelter

Marblehead Pet Supply will host a charity dog wash on Saturday, Aug. 21 to benefit the Friends of Marblehead's Abandoned Animals and the Marblehead Animal Shelter.

Shopkeepers Jo-ann and Kim Cerase invite the community to try out their self-service dog wash while learning more about pets available for adoption and enjoying some special dog treats.

Donations can be made at the shop now through the event. Wet cat and kitten food is also being collected in a bin at the newly expanded Village Plaza shop at 30 Bessom St.
