Gingerbread Festival Viewing and Voting Kicks Off
The annual Gingerbread Festival runs all weekend at the Lee Mansion.

The annual Gingerbread Festival kicks off Thursday at the Lee Mansion, with decorated gingerbread houses on display and visitors voting for their favorite.
Opening night is Thursday, Dec. 4 from 5-6:30 p.m. at the Lee Mansion, 161 Washington St.The gallery will then be open to visitors to place votes through the weekend. In addition to the opening night on Thursday, hours are Friday, 4-6 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sunday, 12-2 p.m.
Admission is $4 per person or $10 per family.

Dropoff for the gingerbread houses is Wednesday from 3-6 p.m.
Proceeds from the event benefit the playground project by the Marblehead Family Fund and go to Marblehead Museum’s educational programs.
