Iraqi Scholars to Visit Marblehead on Thursday

The Rotary Club will hold a panel discussion with three of the Fulbright scholars who will each talk about being a Shiite, Sunni and Kurd.

Eight Fulbright scholars from Iraq are scheduled to visit the Marblehead Rotary Club at its regular meeting on Thursday.

The Rotary Club will hold a panel discussion with three of the Fulbright scholars that are attending Salem State University. They plan to share with Rotarians their distinct views as Shiite, Sunni and Kurds, talk about what is currently happening in Iraq and describe their vision for its future.

All Rotarians and their guests are welcome at the program.
