Mystery ring, lasers, and stolen bagels.

- Police report that someone found a ring on School Street around 12 p.m. Monday, and said the person planned to bring it to the police station.
- Someone called police Monday around noon to "vent" that officers were not taking a complaint seriously. The caller believed that proton laser beams "from the Israelis" were being shot into the residence.
- The fire department responded to an odor of adhesive on School Street around 1 p.m. Monday. They will talk to a contractor about attempting to ventilate the smell.
- Someone found a purse with drugs and drug paraphernalia inside around 3 p.m. Monday on Turner Road. The police report said that the items will be picked up and brought in for destruction.
- Officers responded to a report of theft around 4 p.m. Monday. The victim told police someone had been taking bread out of the freezer, photos from a family album, and bagels.
