Marblehead Traffic Alert: Tuesday Updates

MARBLEHEAD, MA – There are multiple street closures and detours Monday in Marblehead, according to the police department Facebook page. Drivers should keep the following in mind when traveling through town today.

Officers will be stationed at the detour sites to answer questions from drivers.

- School Street is still closed from Pleasant to Washington Street.

- Pleasant Street outbound is open.

- Pleasant Street going downtown is diverted onto Washington Street after Village Plaza.

- On Sewall Street, to turn left at School, drivers then have to turn right onto Roundhouse Road, or left into the National Grand lot.

- To get to the Warwick Building, go past it on Pleasant Street, and turn right onto Anderson Street into the parking lot.

- E. Orchard Street is blocked at Beach and at Ocean.
