Marblehead Wednesday Traffic Detours: Police

MARBLEHEAD, MA – The Marblehead Police Department alerted residents to a handful of detours on Wednesday morning on its Facebook page.

According to the post, Beach Street is blocked at Atlantic. It's open to local traffic, but impassable at number 56.

Ocean Avenue by number 236 has been limited to one lane of alternating traffic. School Street is closed from Pleasant to Washington, and Pleasant Street going toward downtown is detoured onto Washington Street after the Village Plaza.

Marblehead Electric Light is working on Reed Street in the area of Jefferson.
