Men Search For Missing Fanny Pack
This is an excerpt from the Marblehead Police log from Monday through Tuesday morning.

- At 9:47 a.m. Sunday, police received a call that a skiff was floating away in the harbor. The harbormaster was notified.
- At 5:12 a.m. Monday, several people called police about "loud shots" in the Guernsey Street neighborhood. Marblehead dispatch called Salem dispatch and found out they too had received complaints about the same noise. Salem Police called back and told Marblehead it was the power plant doing some switching.
- At 4:23 p.m. Monday, police received a call about two males who were reportedly searching for something near the beach. The caller told police they had been there for about 45 minutes. When police arrived, the men told police they were searching for a "fanny pack" and wallet. They had hid them under some bushes while they went for a run and couldn't remember where they left them.
- Walkers passing by on Atlantic Avenue called police after they saw a van in front of Marblehead Bank with a man calling out for help from it at 6:03 p.m. Monday. Police checked on the man, who said he was just waiting for his wife to bring him water.
- At 2:01 a.m. Tuesday, a Front Street woman said she was in fear for her life. She said a man was outside in the parking lot and at her backdoor texting her.
- At 3 a.m. Tuesday, a Highland Terrace resident called police about a loud party outside. Police arrived and found a group searching for a black and white beagle that accidentally got out.
- At 3:21 a.m. Tuesday, police saw a group of kids running in the area of Girdler Road. The kids said they were just "messing around." Police drove them home.
