Morning Accident Allegedly Caused By A Bee Sting
Elm Street accident caused when a bee allegedly stung a woman as she was driving.
At 7:06 a.m. Monday, police and fire responded to Elm Street where a car drove into a fire hydrant.
At the scene, the driver told police she had swerved into the hydrant after she was stung by a bee.
Water and Sewer were called to the scene to fix the hydrant which had spun around into the opposite direction when the car hit according to police.

The car had to be towed from the scene. The driver was taken to Salem Hospital for the sting.
