Police Log: An Overturned Dump Truck And Suspicious Person Rifles Through Mail
This is an excerpt from the Marblehead Police log from August 11 through August 12 at 6 a.m.

- At 8:41 a.m. Wednesday, police received a call from a Humphrey Street resident who was in a dispute with his neighbor over hedge trimming.
- At 9:16 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to a motor vehicle crash that left a dump truck turned over and spilling on Greystone Road. DPW and the Fire Department cleaned up the spill. The driver was not injured.
- At 3:41 p.m. Wednesday, a Reed Street resident called police when he saw a car pull up to his neighbor's mailbox, rifle through it and then drive off.
- At 4:24 p.m., Wednesday, a woman went to police to report she was on her bike when a green Camry almost ran her off the road. They both stopped and the operator of the Camry stated that "she was trying to teach her a lesson" by running her into a parked car because the bike shouldn't be on the road. The woman didn't get hit or hit the parked car.
- At 7:07 p.m. Wednesday, a woman called and said: "this isn't 617-407-5834?" The dispatcher told her no, in fact it was 911 and asked if everything was OK. She said yes.
- At 7:18 p.m. Wednesday, a person reported a man drunk and stumbling on Green Street. Police found him on the baseball diamond at Green Street Park and took him home.
- At 10:22 p.m. Wednesday, a person called police and told them there was a kid lighting fires near Lime Rickey's on Devereux Beach. Police and fire responded and found no fire. A civil citation was issued to the juvenile.
