Police Log: Person Shot In The Eye With Pellet Gun
This is an excerpt from the Marblehead Police Log from Monday, July 26 through Tuesday, July 27 at 7 a.m.

- At 5:26 p.m. Monday, a motor vehicle stop on School Street resulted in two arrests. Benjamin I Bryant, 20, 12 Gregory St., Marblehead was charged with possession of liquor while under 21 and false/misuse of an Ohio liquor ID card/license. James Hampton Wade, 20, 33 Birch St., Marblehead, was charged with possession of alcohol while under 21.
- At 6:40 p.m. Monday, a Merritt Street resident called police to tell them things were missing from his apartment and he believes someone reached through the window and took them.
- A nurse from North Shore Children's Hospital called Marblehead Police as she was treated a patient who was shot above the eye with a pellet gun on Rockaway Avenue. The hospital is required to fill out a "weapons action report" and they requested police respond and investigate. When police investigated they found a 16-year-old was at the house and accidentally shot the person. The Department of Children and Families was notified.
