The woman told police that she always slams the door shut so it can't be left open. The woman requested a plain clothes officer with a badge to watch her house and catch whoever is doing it. She also stated that weird things are happening with her phone and she thinks it's people retaliating or it may be ghosts in the house. Police checked the woman's house and phone.

She came back down the hill and someone had shut the gate and put a padlock on it. Police contacted Park and Recreation who said they don't close the gate. The harbormaster told police the neighbors have a key and they should be contacted.
