Police Log: Women Vomiting Into the Bushes and Teen Pranksters Strike Again

This is an excerpt from the Marblehead Police Log from Saturday, July 24 through Sunday, July 25.

 

  • At 10:44 p.m. Saturday, 19 cars were given tickets for parking illegally and in fire lanes at the middle school during the famers' market.
  • At 12:43 p.m. a Constitution Way woman called police after she realized she had placed her wallet on the top of her car and then drove off. She went back to retrace her steps but didn't find it. The wallet is brown and white leopard or cow print and contains money, credit cards and keys.
  • An Evans Road man called police at 2:09 p.m. Saturday, after he was allegedly threatened by another man regarding an allegedly stolen pressure washer. According to the Evans Road man, the other person came off his boat drinking a beer and said, "I'll get you back." The Evans Road man asked if he was being threatened and the other man told him that it was a promise.
  • At 6:09 p.m. Saturday, police were called to 15 State Street where two women were vomiting into the bushes. Both refused medical treatment and said their husbands were on the way to pick them up.
  • A four-car crash on Sewall Street Saturday at 8:46 p.m. was allegedly caused by a drunken driver.   John Muldoon, 47, 126 Lafayette St., Marblehead, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and negligent operation of a vehicle after he hit three cars and tried to flee the scene.    
  • At 1:15 a.m. Sunday, a Franklin Street resident called police to report an ongoing problem. The man has been having an ongoing problem with some teens in the area coming by and pounding on his door in the middle of the night. The resident also said "poop" has been left on his front door step and they also egged his house and broke a window. Police talked to the resident who said, he believes they are 15 to 17-years-old and leave on foot. A medic later called police after seeing a group of 15 to 17-year old teens in the area. Police caught up with the group and talked to them.
  • At 206 a.m. Sunday, an Atlantic Avenue resident called police after two rocks were thrown through two windows. 
  • At 4:54 p.m. Sunday, Kyle Edward Duguay, 23, 16 North Franklin St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery. 
  • At 1:02 p.m. Sunday police found the whole 100' section of Seawall Street was spray painted overnight.
