This cat has 9 lives. Heather Preston, almost got swept into the ocean when she got stuck on the lower level sea wall between Preston Beach and Surf St. at just about high tide.
She was rescued and brought to the vet. She was examined and the vet said, "she was okay, except her nails were worn down probably from trying to climb the wall to save herself."
Heather Preston is an all black cat approximately 9- years- old. She also has a beautiful very soft shiny fur coat. She is a little bewildered at the shelter and had to be somebody's cat.

She is in excellent health and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Heather Preston had quite a scare and hope she finds a new safe home with a loving family. She will make a wonderful companion.
