Threats To A Band, Road Rage: Marblehead Police Log

Someone allegedly threatened a member of Dead and Company, a scam charity came to town, and more from the Marblehead Police log.

  • Police took a report of a huge tree limb that came down on a parked car on Pilgrim Road last Thursday around 4 p.m.
  • Someone turned a black Canon camera into the police station last Friday after finding it on Ocean Avenue around 6 a.m.
  • Officers took a report of a merchant who dropped a set of keys in a storm drain on Pleasant Street last Friday around 11 a.m. The drain department was notified to assist the merchant.
  • The head of security for Dead and Company called police to report a Marblehead resident making threats toward a member of the band, which was playing at Fenway Park on Friday around 6:30 p.m.
  • Anacleto Rene Juarez, 26, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of five counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, leaving the scene of personal injury, and malicious damage to a vehicle on Tuesday evening after someone reported a road rage incident on Atlantic Avenue.
  • Police took a report of two people going door-to-door on Bass Rock Lane on Thursday around 5 p.m., accepting donations for what turned out to be a scam.
