Which Presidential Candidates Are Marblehead Donors Backing?
Marblehead residents made 488 contributions totaling $107,398 to presidential candidates in 2019, according to campaign finance reports.
MARBLEHEAD, MA — Marblehead residents made 488 contributions totaling $107,398 to presidential candidates in 2019, according to year-end campaign finance reports filed with the Federal Election Commission.
The biggest beneficiary was U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton, whose presidential campaign received $50,695 from Marblehead donors before he ended his long shot bid in August. Of the Democratic candidates still in the race, the biggest recipient of campaign contributions from Marblehead donors was former Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick, who received $16,000.
President Donald Trump ($9,149) topped Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who received $8,296 from Marblehead donors.
