Wintry Storm Flooding Closes Marblehead Coastal Roads
Marblehead police said some roads were temporarily closed Thursday morning with residual debris still to be removed.
MARBLEHEAD, MA — The late-winter storm that brought flooding, wind gusts up to 70 miles per hour and up to 8 inches of snow in some parts of the state closed several coastal roads in Marblehead on Thursday morning.
Marblehead police said residual debris was left on parts of Beacon Street, Front Street, Ocean and Harbor, and other coastal roads following the morning high tide.
"Some short street closures may be required," police said. "Watch out for debris in the road.

"This storm caused limited street closures, but we ask everyone to drive with caution in every storm, especially when high winds, high tides and coastal flooding are forecasted."
