Woman Walking in The Street, Allegedly Blocks Cars

The following is an excerpt from the Marblehead Police log:
- At 9:12 a.m. Monday, a person called police to tell them a woman was walking in the street on Ocean Avenue and blocking vehicles as they tried to pass her. The person told police that the woman was giving the cars "dirty looks." Police did not locate the woman.
- At 11:22 a.m. Monday, a red light blew out on Humphrey and Pleasant streets.
- At 5:31 p.m. Monday, a driver was cited for speeding on Humphrey Street.
- At 11:19 p.m. Monday, a tenant on Creesy Street complained about noise coming from another unit. Police checked and the noise was coming from another tenant moving out and taking the last of their things.
