4 Arrested In String Of Thefts From Marlborough Savers Store
Marlborough police arrested two Worcester residents and two others after a "rash" of thefts hit the East Main Street thrift store.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Marlborough police have made four arrests following a "rash" of thefts at the East Main Street Savers thrift store recently.
Police made the arrests around 3 a.m. on April 5 when an officer checking the perimeter of the store noticed a U-Haul truck parked out back. The officer saw one person stuffing merchandise in a bag, and another hiding in a Dumpster. Two more involved in the thefts were found hiding inside a storage trailer, police said.
"During a search of the U-haul, and property possessed by the participants, officers located narcotics believed to be Methamphetamine, lock picking tools, bolt cutters, dozens of credits cards believed to be stolen, IDs, and additional merchandise believed to be stolen," police said in a news release.

Police said the recent thefts at Savers involved people breaking into storage trailers and taking what was inside.

Justin Generelli, 37, of Worcester: counts of conspiracy, breaking into a depository, trespass, counts of possession of burglary tools and larceny from a building
Kevin Thompson, 38, of Worcester: three counts of conspiracy, three counts of breaking into a depository, receiving four or more stolen credit cards, larceny from a building, three counts of possession of burglary tools and trespassing; he was also arrested on three separate drug possession charges
Trisha Lee Benson, 41, Southbridge: breaking into a depository, conspiracy, possession of burglary tools, trespass and larceny from a building
Cherisa Gazaille, 39, Oakham: three counts of breaking into a depository, three counts of possession of burglary tools, three counts of conspiracy, trespassing and larceny from a building
