Holistic Mental Health Center Expands To Worcester

WORCESTER, MA — A holistic mental health clinic announced its expansion to Central Massachusetts.

Balanced Recovery Center, which opened in East Longmeadow last December, will open an office in Worcester early next year. The new location at 51 Union St, Suite 002, will open its doors for in-person treatment on Jan. 5, 2026.

The center, which offers addiction recovery and mental health day treatments, emphasizes a hands-on treatment approach that uses evidence-based practices and holistic wellness services, according to its website.

Balanced Recovery Center said the day program is beneficial for those interested in a structured day while on medical leave from work.

The clinic said it is immediately accepting new clients for virtual treatment before its January opening.
