4. Residents of the Lake Williams Condominiums and their representatives were not the only ones to speak in favor of allowing the association to rebuild a destroyed building, House Rep. Danielle Gregoire (D-Marlborough) and the area Ward Councilor Robert J. Tunnera urged the Zoning Board of Appeals to allow the rebuild to proceed.
