5 Things You Need to Know Today: April 4

According to a recent survey, most Massachusetts residents are in favor of doctor assisted suicide. We are asking you what you think.

Low water levels have revealed a variety of things recently including an empty safe (pictured) with part of its backside torn away. The lack of rain and dam work recently revealed a as well. 2. Host family interviews are happening now for anyone interested in hosting a NYC inner-city child this summer . Six thousand city children dream of a vacation, but only 3,500 host families participated last year. 3. Doctor assisted suicide is a very contentious and controversial issue, but it seems the majority of Massachusetts residents believe it should be an option.

4. has reopened for the season with their trademark ice cream now available, and plenty of options for spring planting. The unseasonably warm winter and early spring has many plants and vegetables coming in early. . What have you planted so far? Tell us in the comments.
