Marlborough first responders have been thanked for their quick response to a recent fire, and today is National Women's Day.

1. Mayor Arthur Vigeant has thanked the first responders of the and departments in the wake of the Tuesday a.m. fire in the senior housing at 240 Main St. Read his message on the city's official Facebook page, and give them a "like" while you are there.
2. In case hadn't heard, today is going to be really nice! The National Weather Service is predicting a high temperature in the mid-60s, but there is also a wind advisory in effect. Marlborough could get gusts up to 39 miles per hour.
