Two spots ahead of elimination in week seven, these Waltham police officers, and Metro West residents, have survived another string of challenges and will survive to see week eight of the ABC reality series.

Teammates bartered over the right to dive tandem from an airplane, but by the time "The Cops" returned to terra firma they were in last place.
They lucked out though when the "Fab 3," a former couple along with a sister, decided to jump ahead of the strangling pack of contestants without fully understanding the next set of clues. This decision proved beneficial to "The Cops" and several other teams during the home stretch of the 9 p.m. episode.
With a little teamwork and some outside help, "The Cops" managed a fifth place finish this week ahead of the "Fab 3" and the Country Boys, who were eliminated for coming in last place.
"In the end our teamwork pays off and we are still here," said Vaglica.
