4:03 p.m.: Burglary, 64 Foley Road. Mark L. Deomenici, 42, Hemans St., Worcester, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering at daytime for a felony, putting a person in fear, possessing Class A drug. Nancy M. Gilley, 37, Fruit Street, Worcester, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property
