MARLBOROUGH, MA—The following are excerpts from the Marlborough police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Feb. 26

8:38 a.m.: MVA with injuries, fire station

10 a.m.: Auto theft, Starbucks Coffee

12:11 p.m.: Disturbance, The Ranch Boarding House

2:20 p.m.: Burglary, 123 Broad St. Juan Grageda-Lopez, 29, West Main Street, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with possession of Class B drug, possession to distribute Class B drug

4:11 p.m.: MVA with injuries, 1024 Hemenway Street extension. Helder Barbosa, 39, Jaques St., Somerville, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

5 p.m.: Assault, 488 Boston Post Road East

5:55 p.m.: Fraud reported, 59 Pioneer Trail

6:05 p.m.: Shoplifting, Hannaford Super Market

10:31 p.m.: Disturbance, Brookside Apartments

Tuesday, Feb. 27

5:32 a.m.: Sudden death, 82 Victoria Lane
