Assault On Child, Cocaine, Robbery: Grand Jury Indictments
Four cases landed at the Grand Jury, including drug trafficking, assault on a child under 14, shoplifting and robbing an elderly person.

MARLBOROUGH, MA–Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Monday the grand jury indictments handed down between Jan. 18 and March 6.
Four cases involve Marlborough residents.
Tammy Kendrick, 42, of Marlborough, was charged with larceny over $250 (2 counts).

Jonathan Arizandieta, 29, of Marlborough, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine and possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense.
Daniel Summerlin, 39, of Marlborough, was charged with unarmed robbery of a person over the age of 60 (2 counts).

Kimberly Godden, 29, of Marlborough, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a child under the age of 14 and assault and battery. The Assistant District Attorney is Thomas Brant
