Friday, Aug. 12:
11:40 a.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage in the vicinity of the Mobile on the Run, 656 Boston Post Rd. E.
2:27 p.m.: An act of larceny is reported at the Solomon Pond Mall, 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.

6:09 p.m.: Police investigate a report of harassment at 59 Frye St.
8:11 p.m.: Officers respond to a missing person call at 50 Winthrop St., Apt. 1.

Saturday, Aug. 13:
12:59 a.m.: After responding to a disturbance call at McDonalds, 250 Maple St., police arrest Richard A. Paul, 19, of 479 Northboro Rd. West, Apt. 6, and Joao-Paulo Batistao, 18, of 159 West Main St. Paul is charged with possession of a Class B drug and conspiracy to violate drug law. Batistao is charged with distributing a Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law and possession to distribute a Class B drug.
2:12 a.m.: An assault is reported at The Cozy Cafe, 487 Lincoln St.
10:44 a.m.: A report of threats made is given to police at a residence, 10 James Ave.
2:36 p.m.: While investigating the report of suspicious activity at 48 Foley Rd., Joshua T. Dynes, 26, of 3319 Cowie Ave, Erlanger, KY, is arrested for violating city ordinances.
7:43 p.m.: A disturbance is reported at 84 Liberty St.
10:23 p.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop near CVS, 268 East Main St., Apt. A.
Sunday, Aug. 14:
1:50 a.m.: A domestic disturbance is reported at Main St. and Rawlins Ave.
4:40 a.m.: Michael Lupisella, 18, of 51 Bruce Rd., is arrested at 36 Hayden St. and charged with vandalizing property.
10: 40 a.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the area of 22 Cotting Ave., Jose Oliveira, 43, of 48 Newton St., Apt. 3, is arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to yield at an intersection/violating a no right on red sign.
4:27 p.m.: After responding to a report of shoplifting at JC Penny, 573 Donald J. Lynch Blvd., officers arrest Mohammed R. Sleiman, 17, of 150 Russet Ln., Boxborough, and James R. Seward, 17, of 180 High St., Acton. They are both charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
4:52 p.m.: Lissy Z. Wong-DeSouza, 29, of 44 Briarwood Ln. Apt. 7, is arrested during a domestic disturbance at the Heights at Marlborough Apartments, 44 Briarwood Ln., Apt. 7, and charged with assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon. He is also arrested on an outstanding warrant.
9:08 p.m.: MPD assists another police agency by courtesy booking John Sordillo, 26, of 53 Second Rd.
