Local residents of all ages from communities across the central MA and MetroWest region are invited to come together to honor Dr. King’s legacy. We will focus on how to live Dr. King’s dream today through dialogue that promotes belonging for all.

This year’s theme is “From Dreams to Dialogue: Creating a Community Where all Belong” and will feature facilitated conversation for teens and adults, led by Dr. Kalise Wornum. Children are invited to a special interactive program taking place at the same time, developed by Westborough’s Pre-K-8th grade Social Studies Curriculum Coordinator, Tara Gestrich, and students from Westborough High School’s Black Student Union.

The event is one of only a few MLK Day celebrations being held in the central MA and MetroWest region and will feature a community potluck dinner. Attendees are invited to bring a special dish to share. Members of the WHS Fine Arts Strings Quartet will welcome attendees into the event and the evening will conclude with a special performance by Learning First Charter School's STOMP Team.

Live language interpretation will be available with pre-registration by January 7th.

Partial grant funding provided by MathWorks.
Pre-registration is requested for planning purposes. Please register at tinyurl.com/MLK2026WB.
