Closing: Simarano Drive I-495 Ramp In Marlborough
The temporary closure will be in place during construction on the ramp this week, according to MassDOT.
MARLBOROUGH, MA — Drivers who access I-495 from Simarano Drive will face a detour later this week.
MassDOT will close the on and off-ramps to Simarano Drive Thursday at 9 p.m. The closure will be in place until 5 a.m. Friday, according to the department. Construction will take place along the ramp during the closures.
During the closure, MassDOT will have the following detours in place:

- When the I-495 northbound (exit 62) on-ramp from Simarano Drive is closed, traffic will be directed to follow the detour signs in place and use exit 59A (Route 9 eastbound) to access I-495 northbound.
- When the I-495 northbound (exit 62) off-ramp to Simarano Drive is closed, traffic will be directed to follow the detour signs in place and use exit 63B (Route 20 westbound) in order to reverse direction.
Only one ramp will be closed at a time, according to MassDOT.
