"Over the years, I've built a career in problem-solving, technology and finance — skills I believe can help Marlborough continue to thrive," Ryan said.

He also noted the historic Labor Day parade in Marlborough. “I’ve attended that parade since I was a young boy, and tomorrow I’ll be marching in it for the very first time as a candidate.”

Ryan outlined his platform's four objectives:

  • Keeping property taxes fair through responsible budgeting
  • Representing all Ward 2 neighborhoods
  • Preserving Marlborough's character, addressing quality-of-life issues such as road conditions and single-use plastic littering.
  • Promoting transparency in city government, making information accessible and clear

He also emphasized practical solutions for housing, traffic, roads and schools.

"Marlborough is my home. I was raised here, and I’ve chosen to build my life here. It’s a city full of character and charm, with deep history and strong traditions," Ryan said. "My commitment to Ward 2 is simple — I will work for you."
