Just past the Hillside School on Robin Hill St., across from the Assabet River dam, there is a spacious parking lot with a short trail beyond leading to an Assabet River boat access.

This is a beautiful area to enjoy some nature even if you don't have a boat to launch. Wildlife is abundant, with even the occasional Great Blue Heron.
