July 11: Marlborough Man Charged with Gross Lewdness

1:06 a.m.: Daniel Dodman, 19, of 8 Gable Ridge Rd., Westborough, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the area of Brook Village Condominiums, 336 East Main St. He was charged with possession of liquor under the age of 21 and possession to distribute a Class D drug.

1:13 a.m.: After responding to a disturbance call at Jefferson at Wheeler Hill Apartments, 51 Christie Way, police arrest Davi L. DaSilva, 33, of 608 Boston Post Rd. E., Apt. 20, and charge him with OUI liquor. 

10:37 a.m.: An act of larceny is reported to police at , 215 Fitchburg St. 

12:49 p.m.: Services are rendered when police take a report concerning a missing person at 73 Preston St. 

3:03 p.m.: A report of shoplifting is filed at JC Penny, 573 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.

5:56 p.m.: There is a report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at Auto Zone, 264 East Main St.

6:54 p.m.: Sex offense charges of subsequent offense open and gross lewdness are filed against Todd R. McIntyre, 38, of 28 Ewald Ave., when police respond to an incident nearby at 17 Ewald Ave. 

8:41 p.m.: Harassment is reported at the Lake Williams Condos, 273 West Main St., Apt. 4.
