12:07 p.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop in the area of Lincoln and Bond streets.

3:21 p.m.: A report of fraud/forgery is made at , 155 Boston Post Rd. W. 

4:20 p.m.: Threats are reported at 40 Bracken Dr. 

6:19 p.m.: Marcos Jose Machado, 38, of 121 Pleasant St., Apt. 2, is arrested during a directed patrol in the vicinity of Elm St. and Leonard Dr. He is charged with subsequent offense operation of a motor vehicle with suspended license, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. 

6:34 p.m.: A domestic disturbance is reported at 574 Pleasant St.

8:23 p.m.: Officer investigate a report of shoplifting at , 874 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. 

9:19 p.m.: Services are rendered when police serve a restraining order to an individual at the Frye Building (formerly Lincoln Inn), 342 Lincoln St., Apt. 314. 

Saturday:

1:19 a.m.: A missing person is reported at 47 Houde St.

2:43 a.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle is investigated near the Boys and Girls Club, 169 Pleasant St.

8:57 a.m.: Police respond to a report of a sudden death at 113 Hudson St. 

8:59 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop in the area of 240 Bolton St. 

3:40 p.m.: Officers deal with a motor vehicle accident with injuries in the vicinity of Maple St. Auto Body, 381 South St.

7:47 p.m.: Isaias Guerra Mayorga, 25, of 479 Lincoln St., Apt. 6, is arrested after police respond to a domestic disturbance at the same address. He is charged with assault and battery. 

Sunday:

12:55 a.m.: An assault is reported at 72 Devens St.

5:11 a.m.: Services are rendered when police investigate suspicious activity at 166 Goodale St.

12:22 p.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop near a residence, 290 Bolton St.

3:29 p.m.: Daniel Bobadilla Rios, 33, of 72 Devens St., Apt. 1, is arrested in response to an earlier assault complaint against him. He is charged with assault and battery, two counts of impeding an investigation through witness intimidation, assault with a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime. 

11:12 p.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering is reported at 10 Charles St.

Monday:

6:49 a.m.: Vandalism is reported at 42 Shea Dr.

7:15 a.m.: Services are rendered when police serve a summons at 28 Ewald Ave. 

10:42 a.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the area of Lakeside Ave. and Williams St., Marcos Jose Machado, 38, of 121 Pleasant St., Apt. 2, is arrested for subsequent offense operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

1:52 p.m.: An assault is reported at the , 191 Boston Post Rd. W.

8:11 p.m.: A report is filed concerning larceny at , 133 West Main St. 

9:22 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of the police department, 355 Bolton St., Madelyn Torres, 31, of 15 Dickenson Way, Apt. 82K, is arrested on an outstanding warrant.
