Man Accused Of Wearing Thong In Public And Performing Lewd Acts In Marlborough: Report

MARLBOROUGH, MA — A man is now facing charges after witnesses say he wore a thong in public, performed lewd acts and exposed his bare buttocks in front of female bystanders in Marlborough, according to a report from The Community Advocate.

49-year-old Donald Ferguson of Gardner was charged with Open and Gross Lewdness. That was after Marlborough police received reports of a male getting out of his car to expose himself on Wednesday afternoon, according to the report.

Officers told the Community Advocate that they quickly located a white Nissan in the Longhorn Steakhouse parking lot on Boston Post Road. The man inside was not wearing pants when Sergeant David Watkins approached the vehicle.

One witness told police that she saw the man wearing a thong and saw his buttocks. She also said he would only get out of his car when women walked by.

Ferguson was arraigned on July 16 and has a pretrial hearing scheduled for August 27, according to the Community Advocate.
