Man Arrested On OUI And Alcohol In Car Charges
The following information was provided by the Marlborough Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.
Tuesday, Aug. 6
8:43 a.m.: Vandalism was reported from Gulbankian Drive.
9:46 a.m.: A disabled vehicle was reported from the Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
10:40 a.m.: Auto theft was reported from Wayside Racquet and Swim Club on Broadmeadow Road.
4:37 p.m.: A car accident with injuries was reported from Boston Post Road East.
6:59 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from New Street.
8:22 p.m.: An animal complaint was received from Belmont Street.
Wednesday, Aug. 7
12:14 a.m.: Police arrested Dean Alan Boisse, 24, of 15 Columbia Street Apt. 4 in Leominster on Broadmeadow Road on charges of assault and battery, defacing property and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
2:31 a.m.: Police arrested Stephen Gardner Viola, 23, of 52 Whittier Road in the area of E. Main Street and Front Street on charges of operating under the influence and possessing an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.
