Man Faces Pot Dealing Charges After OUI Arrest
Police found a large amount of a "leafy green substance" in the vehicle of a man they arrested for allegedly driving under the influence Sunday.

Police leveled marijuana dealing charges against a man after arresting him for driving under the influence of alcohol early Sunday morning.
"Officers located a large amount of green leafy substance believed to be marijuana," said Marlborough Police Detective Scott DeCiero of the arrest made at 1:28 a.m.
Police had been following the vehicle driven by a man later identified as Jay M. Parente, 33, of 9 Rogers Ave. after it made an abrupt stop, he said. The vehicle was pulled over after it almost hit the sidewalk and crossed the center line. According to the police report, said DeCiero, Parente showed visible signs of being intoxicated such as slurred speech and glassy eyes. He reportedly refused field sobriety tests.
