Smith runs one of the largest women-owned and operated accounting firms in Massachusetts and instituted a “mom-friendly” work environment that allows working mothers to have an enriching career while maintaining a family life. Smith, Sullivan and Brown, PC offers employees’ flex-time, part-time or full-time and flexible summer work hours. Her firm demands no required overtime, a rarity in this industry.
