Marlborough Businessman Faces Felony Charge in Sudbury
The owner of Cabinet Warehouse on Boston Post Road East was charged with assault after an incident in a Sudbury home.

A dispute over installation of cabinetry inside a Sudbury home on Monday resulted in the arrest of a Marlborough businessman.
According to Sgt. John Harris, the Sudbury Police Department received a call at about 4:13 p.m. from a homeowner on Boston Post Road about a larceny.
Harris said the homeowner was having cabinets installed in the home when the owner of , 640 Boston Post Rd. E. in Marlborough, broke into the home and assaulted a contractor who was installing the cabinets.

After officers arrived and completed an investigation, Phillip Ralph St. Cyr, 42, a resident of 28 Mathew Dr., Salem, N.H., was arrested and charged with:
- Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (cabinet drawer)
- Person in fear from breaking and entering during the daytime for a felony
- Larceny from a building (two cabinet drawers).
Cyr was held by Sudbury police overnight and was arraigned at Framingham District Court on Tuesday.
