Marlborough Man Arraigned On Multiple Charges, Drunk Driving: Report
A Marlborough man is facing several charges after allegedly operating a stolen vehicle under the influence and crashing into a home.
MARLBOROUGH, MA - A Marlborough man was arraigned in Framingham District Court after allegedly driving drunk in a stolen car and crashing into a house, according to the Hopkinton Independent.
Thomas Timpone, 45, was arrested Saturday after a silver Honda CRV he was driving crash into a home on Oakhurst Road. The vehicle was reported stolen from a Marlborough 7-Eleven earlier that day. Timpone was arrested and charged Monday morning with two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor and several other related offenses.
Timpone gave a Framingham address, but court databases showed he lives in a Marlborough apartment.
